What are we looking for?

  • 4-8 years of experience in PR and communications, demonstrating a track record of  success in similar roles.
  • Master's degree in communication, public affairs, or marketing, providing a strong theoretical foundation in the field.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Proven strategic use of various communication channels and formats to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Flexibility and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and adeptness in managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Understanding or experience in the IT industry would be advantageous.
  • Native English proficiency, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with English-speaking stakeholders.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Further develop and manage our twoday corporate communication strategy across countries and business units.
  • Write or edit corporate press releases for publication on the corporate newsroom and website.
  • Coordinate the joint publication of press releases with national Marketing Managers when necessary.
  • Collaborate with local Marketing Managers to devise a unified strategy for tools and other collaborative efforts.
  • Lead the development of corporate storylines for CSR initiatives, trainee programs, etc., serving as inspiration for local stories crafted national Marketing Managers/Web Managers.
  • Conduct regular editor group meetings for the corporate website, including setting agendas and ensuring follow-up on tasks and decisions made.
  • Responsible for content production on twoday.com.
  • Ensure all figures and financial information on twoday.com are consistently updated, including corporate materials such as press release templates, etc.
  • Write, edit, and produce high-quality corporate content such as annual reports, corporate presentations, customer communication, references, and marketing materials, Q&A’s as required.
  • Create and produce relevant and informative guides, articles, videos or other content marketing materials for web and other channels, to be used by content producers across twoday’s business units.
